FSM commenced trading in Australia in 1976 and has established a national reputation for providing high quality food service equipment to all sectors of the industry.

We represent some of the world’s leading manufacturers from around the globe, that specialise in high quality equipment  that provides our clients with long term solutions that improve their productivity and bottom line.

FSM has always been at the forefront of introducing proven products to the marketplace, including induction cooking over 20 years ago, and Gastronorm as far back as 1976.

We continue to innovate and lead the way in trends, including the recent introduction of precision impingement oven systems, and our management team regularly attend overseas trade shows, talking with the designers and manufacturers to enable us to bring the very best proven technology to the Australian market.

The FSM Sales Team have catering industry backgrounds in various forms, from fast food management to fully qualified chefs.  Terry Randall, the Managing Director for over twenty years, has a comprehensive knowledge of the food service industry, gained during his more than 30 year association with FSM.

Head Office houses a modern and well equipped showroom as well as test kitchen, and a large warehouse facility, administration and customer support, based in Laverton North, Victoria close to Melbourne’s transport hubs. It houses a large inventory of equipment and spares which enables us to fill orders of fast moving lines quickly and efficiently Australia-wide.

New South Wales office in Prestons has showroom and warehouse facilities as well, which provides faster deliveries to our clients in the north eastern States.
Queensland Office supports Queensland and Northern Territory clients and offers warehouse facilities for timely deliveries.

Our nationwide distributor network is supported by Head Office sales and customer support teams, as well as our experienced staff at our sales offices in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. South Australia is serviced by our exclusive agent with warehouse and showroom facilities.

Service agents throughout the country provide prompt, efficient call-out teams to service equipment if and when required.  Spare parts for all FSM equipment form part of our warehouse holding to enable urgent parts to be dispatched overnight to all metropolitan areas throughout Australia and New Zealand.
