FSM PURCHASE BONN APPLIANCES SEPT. 2016

We are excited to confirm that FSM have purchased the business of Bonn Appliances.

As of the 1st September, 2016, FSM P/L will assume all responsibility for remaining warranty periods for all equipment previously sold by Bonn Appliances.  FSM P/L will also assume all responsibility for future sales and after-sales support from that date.

This represents a major expansion of our product offering to the Australian (and NZ) market and complements our already impressive product line-up from major manufacturers around the globe.
New additions to our range will be names that most of you are already familiar with, including:
Bonn Microwaves,
Dynamic Mixers,
Rotor Blenders & Mixers and
Asahi Rice Cookers.

These well-known brands are respected throughout the industry and make a perfect fit with our existing product range.
We will continue to offer the same high standard of sales and after-sales service on these products through existing after-sales service channels already established, and so you can be confident that your previously good relationship with Bonn Microwaves and the other product groups will continue under the new FSM banner.

Ramon Pollach, the owner and Managing Director of Bonn, will be working with us through the transition period, and has welcomed the sale of his business to FSM as a ‘timely and growth positive move for the Bonn brands’.

Most existing Bonn staff around the country have been offered and accepted continuing roles at FSM and they will be trained on the ever-increasing FSM product range as well. This is a major step forward for our growth and market penetration into the future, and is the culmination of many plans and decisions made over the last several years as we prepare for the next stage of growth for FSM.

We will now have a Queensland State Office facility which will be operating from the existing Bonn Appliances warehouse/office in Murrarrie, Qld.

Warehouse facilities will be maintained in Perth WA, until negotiations are finalised for our new Office/Warehouse location in that State. South Australian customers will benefit from the continuing representation of Bonn products through Debney Distributors, as well as them now becoming an FSM Distributor for our product range.

This expansion complements our new large FSM Head Office facility  at Laverton North, Victoria, and the New South Wales complex at Prestons NSW, providing for much better stock distribution channels and service levels to our customers into the future from five strategic interstate locations.

It will be business as usual for existing Bonn customers and we look forward to servicing your needs, offering professional and timely advice on equipment selection and providing an even better service to you  well into the future.

Now in our 40th Year of operation, this is a new chapter in our growth, along with the recent appointment of a Western Australian Manager, and  the integration of our sister company Harbin, specialists in complementary market segments including gelato, soft serve, flavourings, ice cream manufacture etc.
