FSM moves to larger modern  premises

FSM New National Headquarters

 We are happy to announce that our move to our new larger premises in Laverton North is now almost complete.

The new premises, with over 4000sq. metres of warehouse, office and showroom facilities, is a major step forward in our plan to streamline and improve the customer experience,  with the incorporation of Head Office, Melbourne Branch, Warehouse, Spare Parts and Service all under the one roof.

Strategically positioned close to Melbourne’s transport hub, yet within approx. 15-20 minutes of the city, the facility has plenty of on-site car parking, large glass-fronted showroom facility and a purpose-built state of the art demonstration kitchen. With our ever expanding product range, this will enable us to provide continued and superior equipment selection, service, technical and sales advice as well as rapid delivery to our customers as we continue to invest in the future.

Now in our 40th Year of operation, this is a significant step forward as the food industry sees an increasing adoption of cutting edge technologies, such as ‘Ovention‘ – the world’s first fully computerised impingement oven with catalytic converter that does not require any exhaust canopy.

FSM has a bold history of introducing new technology to the Australian market, including being one of the first companies in Australia to introduce Induction cooktops, and this will certainly continue with several new exciting products to be announced at this years’ 2016 Fine Food Exhibition in Melbourne during September.

Along with the recent appointment of our Western Australian Manager, Ian Thomas, and the integration of Harbin, our sister company, the specialists in complementary market segments that include gelato, soft serve, flavourings, ice cream manufacture etc., this move signifies the start of a whole new chapter in our growth and progress for the future.
