FSM AT FOOD SERVICE AUSTRALIA SHOW SYDNEY – MAY 2018
FSM, a long-time supporter of the FSAA once again showcased new innovative technology and leading manufacturer brands from around the globe at this popular event, this time held at ICC Darling Harbour.
Of significance this year was the first look at a new name to the Australian market – SYNERGY – a radically new and exciting technology from the UK, which promises up to 59% in gas savings whilst delivering faster cook times with less product shrinkage and no fat residue in the grill or exhaust canopy/ductwork.
Targeted more at end users were well-known products from Hatco, Dynamic, San Jamar, VITO Oil Filter System were enthusiastically received.
Bonn Microwaves, the leading commercial microwave brand in Australia, were on show with the range displayed, ranging from cafe models up to the High Capacity microwave model CM-1901T for quality dishes produced in a fraction of normal cooking times.
Hatco products included the versatile Hot or Cold Drop-In shelf and the commercial toaster range, with the new 10amp model TPT-230-4-10 pop-up toaster – ideal for care facilities, as well as the TMS3-10 Conveyor Toaster with automatic ColorGuard to maintain toast colour no matter how light or heavy the demand.
Other major brands on show included ROTOR Blenders and Juice Extractors, ACQUALINE Commercial Tapware – with an industry leading five (5) year on-site warranty, and the Stick Blender range from the inventors of this genre of food preparation tools – Dynamic.
Food safety products on display from San Jamar included Safety-T- Wrap, and the range of the most recommended and durable cup dispensers in the country.
